If you wish to confirm the reservation we have offered we will require a deposit of 50% of the quoted cost within 15 days of confirming your trip with us by bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before your trip.

Cancellations of Reservations
Please note that due to issues such as the visa processing time, it is very difficult for us to find replacement bookings, to take a cancelled trip at short notice. If you cancel your trip more than 30 days before you will forfeit your 50% deposit, unless we are able to find another booking. If you cancel in less than 30 days, you will forfeit all payments, unless we can find another booking.
We obviously want your return business and will do our best to find another charter to take your dates. If we do we will refund you in full minus any non-refundable hotel deposits, taxes or other charges that may have been paid by us.
Cancellations Due to Boat Issues
Maintaining a boat in a location like Angola, where there is little or no possibility of obtaining specific parts at short notice, means that we might have to use an alternative boat or even cancel days. We carry as many parts as possible, but it is impossible to cover everything. If we cannot arrange an alternative vessel, then your boat costs will be refunded in full, you will be offered extra days at the end of your booking (if they are available) or you can use it against a future trip. We do our utmost to maintain our boat, but as any boat owner knows, breakdowns do occur and we endeavor to have a backup plan and boat.
Cancellations Due to Bad Weather
It is very unlikely that a fishing day will be canceled due to bad weather, but if this does occur, we will refund, credit or add a day to your charter (if that is possible bearing in mind your flights and the next client booked). Often after torrential rain storms it is still possible to fish part of the day and depending on time available we can go out for a shorter time and compensate time accordingly.
If you choose to cancel a day for whatever reasons, we cannot credit the lost day, as finding another charter at short notice is virtually impossible.
